~My Reason For Our Blog~
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." — Gordon B. Hinckley

Grandma Pearl turns 90

What a fast weekend.  We left early Saturday morning to arrive in time to change clothes and go straight to the church to help celebrate Grandma Pearl's 90th birthday.  It was really nice to see everyone.  My parents drove down from Washington to be there for the celebration as well.  We visited and  caught up at the church for several hours then went to dinner with my parents. After dinner we headed to the hotel pool with my dad and they all played Marco Polo.  They girls had a great time with my dad.  They were very tired by the time they got into bed.  Sunday we woke up early and headed home, there was suppose to be a snow storm on the way home, but luckily we didn't get any snow on the drive.  It may have been a really fast weekend, but it was packed with memories and lots of fun.

~Draper Temple

What a wonderful day.  We were
able to go to Utah this weekend to
be with our Nephew as he
went through the temple before
he heads out on his mission to
Argentina Mendoza Mission.
We left the girls in the van watching
movies right in front where they could
also watch all the brides come out.
They loved it!  There was so many
flowers in bloom and so many colors.
It has been hard at times like this
to be so far away from family.
I felt so honored, grateful and happy
to be able to be with Dennis on his
spiritually, special day.
I have some amazing nephews.
They are all become great men.

I LOVE these people!!

We had so much fun on this weekend trip.
It was full of family, laughing, memories,
love and adventures.  Usually when we
go out of town we end of doing things
for just the girls, but this trip Ward learned there
would be a motor cross race in town,
how could we not go?  It was the
best to be there with Ward.  Finally a weekend
with some thing he really enjoyed.
Even us girls had a great time.

~Homeward Bound~

We woke up Sunday morning to SNOW!!
And lots of it!
It snowed the whole time we got ready and loaded up.
It looked so beautiful!
We were hoping the snow would only be in town
and not follow us all the way home.
We had such an amazing time away.
It was sad to head home
knowing "real" life awaited us!
