~B.O.B.

B.O.B is a reading group with the third and fourth

graders.  They have 10 books to read as a team since January,

they are paired against other teams to answer

questions about the books, {best out of 5}

 the team who answers to most

questions correct wins.

Jolene's team came in 4th.  She

had so much fun being part of

the activity. 



What a great hike!  This hike was about 1.5 miles.  We headed out with the

Manera's for the adventure.  The girls all loved it.  It really pushed Raychel

since  her knee surgery she hasn't been able to do much.  The weather was perfect,

it even rained on us some at the top.  The view was beautiful.  It is amazing to think

the wind, water and erosion has caused this natural arch.

~Little Friends

We were able to spend the day with these cuties!  They had so much

fun together.  They may have moved away but we are blessed to still have

them close enough to visit and spend time together.

~Honor Roll

Even with a torn meniscus and all the pain it brought Raychel made the honor roll.  She missed more school then normal, but stayed caught up.  She worked hard, stayed after, got with her teachers, and did a lot of  homework every weekend.  She has set a goal to make the honor roll every quarter in middle school and so far she has.  We are so proud of her.  After the assembly she came over with her friends to show me all their awards.  They are all great friends. 

Kindergarten Graduation

Today is the day,

Jolene graduates from Kindergarten.

Jolene and Jackie were so excited they were jumping around!!

It is hard to believe the year has come to an end.

I think this has been the fastest school year yet.Best Friends!!

Now it's official, she is a first grader!!

They returned to their classroom for a nice
breakfast and time to visit.

Next year the two will have different teachers,

but I still think they will be best little friends.

Back Tracking

(Sorry about going backwards, but since I print

my blog into a book I couldn't forget the

class party for Jolene. She was sick the

next day so we missed Raychel's party but

we heard it was also lots of fun!)
