~My Reason For Our Blog~
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." — Gordon B. Hinckley

Strawberry Days

We had a really great Saturday!! Being Father's Day weekend, Ward
and a good friend went golfing together while the girls and I worked in the
flower beds and got ready for the day, then Ward come home and off we went
to lunch then to Strawberry Days. It was a perfect day to walk
round and check everything out. I am so glad my little family
enjoys this day as much as I do. We were able to look at all the booths
from jewelry, food, natural healing, clothes, pottery, garden ideas,
home decor and music. One things for sure it takes all kinds
to make Strawberry Days fun!!

On the main stage at different times of the day they would have different kinds of
entertainment. We were able to watch this lion dance with amazing music that told
a story about the taming of these lions.

And you can't forget the funnel cakes!!
YUMMY!!
Our beautiful girls, they are wearing the
necklaces they bought from a native
American jewelry maker.
Don't forget the petting zoo, there were so many
animal in there this year, they forgot to leave
room for all the kids who would want to enter!!
This baby goat was on top of the food pile when we
got there and he hadn't moved when we left!!
These goat were standing on a turtle to reach the food.
This lama made us laugh, look how skinny his neck is???

We had a great afternoon, and the day wasn't over yet!!
