~My Reason For Our Blog~
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." — Gordon B. Hinckley

~Max~

I had a good laugh today after school. After I picked up Jolene we headed down to get Raychel. Jolene talked nonstop, she told me all about her day. She told me about SFA and the test she took, the book she is reading and really liking, what specials she had, lunch and the fun she had at recess with her friends and of course the boy she likes and she is pretty sure he likes her because his friends said so and he looks at her then quickly looks away, she told me about math and how she loves it, the writing prompt they worked on. She asked me what was for dinner, what after school activities we had. We picked up Raychel and she still talked as we drove home. When we got home after talking with my little 9 year old in such a grown up way, she pulled Max out of the backpack. I laughed because even though she is growing up and becoming more independent she still needs Max and she still needs me!

Even though they seem grown up, they still need comfort. Even my big strong boys.lol
