A Great Saturday!

Saturday while Ward and Tim B. were
playing lumberjacks, the girls and I went to
our favorite park.

We walked around the Storm King Mountain

memorial for the fallen fire fighters and read

about them. It's humbling to see so many who

lost their lives while fighting this fire.

After...

we watched the activity on the river,

the girls climbed as
many tree as they could,

then they had the whole stage to themselves!!

They danced, and put on a play call the "the good chicken"

It was so much fun to sit and watch them pretend!!

When the "show" was over we continued through the park.
Why did two cute little girls cross the bridge?
To see the art work on the other side.
The only thing missing today was Ward.

It was great to get out of the

house after the week of rain. It was nice

to spend the day together and laugh!!
