~My Reason For Our Blog~
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." — Gordon B. Hinckley

Hard days work

On Saturday January 10,
we worked hard! We cleaned out
rooms, closets, took down old
bookcases and dressers to the basement,
brought up new bookcases
(they turned out great! The girls picked the stain color themselves!)
organized them, hung the new selves in the girls' rooms,
and hung the new blinds!!
We even attended the primary activity in the morning
and Ward helped a friend with his car!
Then out to dinner at a new restaurant in town!
YUMMY!!Jolene's bookcase and new shelf, glass baby doll was a
gift from the neighbor, Sally, her mother made it over 40 years ago!Raychel's new bookcase and shelf she also got her glass baby doll from Sally.
We truly have great neighbors! My hard working hubby!! The girls thought
it was "cool' how dad can do these kinds
of things around the house, I have to agree!!
He's COOL!

I love the shelves. I am glad that you were able to get them for the girls. All the things are so organized and have its own special place.

I DID NOT REALIZE HOW LARGE THE GIRLS BOOK SHELVES WERE UNTIL I SAY RAYCHEL STANDING NEXT TO HERS. THEY HOLD SO MANY FUN THINGS AND DON'T LOOK CROWDED! HOW PERFECT IS THAT?
YES, YOU DO HAVE REALLY NICE NEIGHBORS. BUT BEING NICE TO YOUR TWO GIRLS IS NOT A HARDSHIP. LOVE, MOM/GRANDMA
