Super yummy!


Almond Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup almond slivers
Place the chicken in a 9x13 greased baking dish. Mix the soup and sour cream together and pour over the chicken. Mix the melted butter and crackers together and sprinkle over the chicken cream mixture. Sprinkle the almond slivers on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Served with wild rice...yummy!
Huge hit with the girls!!

we tried this tonight and it was so good! thanks for sharing it! the kids ate it right up, i love recipes like that! (and it was easy, i love that, too!)
