Orange Breakfast Rolls
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated
buttermilk biscuits
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Dip each biscuit in orange juice, and dredge in sugar mixture.
3. Arrange biscuits in a lightly greased 9" round baking dish or cake pan.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture and drizzle with remaining orange juice.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm
