~My Reason For Our Blog~
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." — Gordon B. Hinckley

Sunday Photo

What a wonderful Sunday!
We left early in the morning and headed to GWS to attend church with
Ward's brother Sterling and his family because
today was the day Austin spoke before he leaves on his mission.
It was a wonderful meeting, full of
stories,
testimonies,
tears,
and laughter
which made me think of my own mission 16 years ago this month.
It made me think of the events that have occurred in my life to get
me to this point in my life as an active member of the
Church of Jesus Christof Latter Day Saints, as a wife and a mother.
The choices that were made by many great men before us to
give up bad habits, change lifestyles, become
members, and serve missions. I will forever be grateful. I have
heard their stories and felt their love in my life.
We spent the rest of the day with family and friends and continued to laugh,
eat and enjoy the day. Once we got home we read scriptures, said prayers
and put the girls to bed, they wasted no time falling deep asleep.

I love watching kids sleep. Especially my own, but my nieces and nephews are right up there. THey are so peaceful, so sweet, you just want to kiss their cute little cheeks and freeze the moment. :)
