~My Reason For Our Blog~
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." — Gordon B. Hinckley

"Today you taught me about the plan of salvation.  I took your hand and you held my wrist the way we had practiced.  I said the sacred words of the baptismal prayer and lowered you into the water.  When you came out of the water you were so clean and innocent, I could have hugged you there in the font forever.  I rejoiced that through the atonement of Christ and repentance you can always be that way."

Today Jolene Dilla Page was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She looked so beautiful all dressed in white, she picked her hair style and wore her new pearl necklace from Grandma Illa Rae and Grandpa George Sparks. Grandma and Pop Pop Crook made the trip to be part of the big day, and Raychel spent several hours learning a primary song to play for the special day.
